01 / about

I am from the Russian Far East and live in Brazil. I have worked with AI since 2020 — designing and building systems myself. Alongside that, I have always worked in commercial operations: funnels, teams, revenue.

As Tomoru’s commercial director, I helped grow the company from zero to operations in 29 countries; in 2023, Tomoru was named Yandex Cloud’s Best AI/ML Partner. Along the way, I assembled the full collection: solutions that help a company scale and ones that cost it dearly. The latter taught me even more.

Now I am building Isty, a studio for AI automation for businesses, and I run commercial operations at Three Sisters every week: metrics, funnel, sales team. I like businesses that are run by numbers, explained plainly, and have teams that enjoy pursuing their goals.

02 / principles

I start with the numbers

Half the tasks labelled “for AI” will not pay for themselves, and I say so before the work begins. When a project is not worth doing, that may be the most useful consulting outcome.

I focus on signal

There is plenty around AI that is bright and pointless. I work with what can be measured or at least felt, and leave the rest alone.

People come first

Any system takes off when the team understands it and enjoys using it. That is why I talk to people as much as I look at dashboards.
